3. function:
The lifting of the machine is controlled by the electric Sensor to rise in layers and position automatically. The tank body is controlled by the electric eye to exit the tank automatically. The operator pulls out the cardboard of each layer of tank. Manually push the ground free roller into the pile.

Rinsing part
1) Rotary rinser: applicable for wine, beverage and water cleaning.
2) The new bottle is transported through the separation screw and starwheel by the clamp and turn over device; bottle neck is held upwords, after aseptic water rinsing, the bottle neck goes up and transported to another process.
3) The rinsing contact part and out cover adopt the stainless steel material
4) Open design gear driving
5) The bottle in place is equipped with pneumatic part, controlling the bottle, avoiding the falling down bottle come to the main machine
6) Water pipe of rinser is equipped with pressure gauge and pressure maintaining valve
7) Manually adjust the elevation for different height bottle
8) Water collecting tray: recycle the rinsing water
9) Rising volume for each bottle: 105ml/s(0.25MPa)
If no bottle or stop, rinsing stops; while it comes to bottle, it runs again.

Filling part

Capping part
1) Cappig part :sorted cap is capped on the filled bottle ,and then transported to the next step.
2) Capper rotates through the speed reducer machine .The cap leaves the hopper under the centrifugal function .The exit is equipped with the cap reverce dvice ,when the reverce cap comes ,it is changed to the right direction ;the cap quantity is controlled by the photoelectric switch ,ensures the caping falling effect.
3) If the container has the cap ,the second cap cannot go in ,which utilizes the cap .
4) And it is equipped with photo eletric swith on the slding trail ,when it tests that there is no cap ,it stops automatically
5) Capper is equipped with compensation function, reducing the bottle break rate.
6) If there is only one standard crown cap in different size bottle, the capping mold doesn’t need to be changed.
7) According to different height bottle shape, the capper can be adjusted automatically.

4.Bottle Warming tunnel
General description

We absorb the abroad equipment technology, newly-designed this machine, using hot water spraying for sterilization and cooling gradually in five zones. First zone: using 70℃ hot water sterilizing for 10 minutes; second zone: using 45℃ water cooling; third: using recycling water from the chilling tower for cooling; fourth: recycling water spraying for cooling; fifth: using purified water to purge the smear on the bottle. Hot water is produced by steam heating system, the sprayed water flow in the water slot in the base , recycling by the spraying pump, if the water can’t reach the set centigrade, the heating system will heat the water again, and if exceed the set centigrade ,then will being transported by the chilling tower , recycling after cooling. Bottle feeding temperature is 70℃ , and exiting temperature is 40℃。

Main features
The whole body is made from stainless steel (horse, bearing, engine excluded), observing window can be set to around the base, the top structure can be opened for easy maintaining.
Sprayer adopts the technology of American Spraying Systems Co.
The recycling filtering device and alarming system is equipped to the water gathering slot in the cooling tunnel.

5. Bottle dryer
Introduction

Adopt high-pressure blower, discharge the air from a small gap, to blow off the water on the bottle body. The gap is laid incline, which can make the whole body touch the air. It consist of high-pressure blower, blowpipe, frame, control device, surge tank etc.
